We are looking for an experienced and business-oriented Learning & Development Project Manager who will lead the deployment of Deloitte's Learning & Development agenda across the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, Talent stakeholders, and HR teams, translating business priorities into impactful development solutions. You will drive strategic learning initiatives, facilitate development programs, and play a key role in building future capabilities across the organization, including AI readiness and workforce transformation.

👀 What are we looking for?
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, HR Project Management, HR Consulting or other related personal/employee development areas.
- Experience partnering with senior business stakeholders and influencing decision-making.
- Proven track record in managing multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Experience facilitating workshops, learning programs, or leadership development initiatives.
- Experience working within a multinational or matrix organisation is an advantage.
- Ability to understand business challenges and translate them into practical learning and development solutions.
- Excellent project management and organizational capabilities.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Learning design and content development experience.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to evaluate learning impact and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Experience with AI upskilling, digital learning, or workforce transformation initiatives is an advantage.
- Curiosity about emerging learning trends, digital learning, AI, and workforce transformation.
- High level of ownership, accountability, and self-management.
- You have excellent communication skills of both Czech and English languages.
