Requirements / Qualifications

MUST submit proof of high school graduation or equivalent, LVN State License, resume, cover letter, and reference letters in order for application to be considered.
- At least one reference letter must be provided by a current supervisor.
- Proof of TB will be required upon employment offer.

• CPR/First Aid Certification
• Letter of Introduction (Cover Letter)

• Proof of HS Graduation

Comments and Other Information

LVN Qualifications:
Preferred Experience (not mandatory)
- Two (2) years experience
- Ventilator certified
- Insulin administration along with carb counting
- Tracheotomy suctioning experience
- G-tube experience
- Catheterization experience
- Proper mechanics for transferring patient from wheelchair to cot (Hoyer lift)
