Live Stream Host (Spanish-English Bilingual)

Project-Based Live Stream Host (Bilingual Spanish-English):
- 4 hours per week EST.

Key Responsibilities:
- Host live-stream sessions on platforms such as Facebook Live, TikTok Live, or other relevant social media channels.
- Introduce the recruitment agency, its services, and its hiring initiatives.
- Present and explain current job openings, including qualifications, responsibilities, work arrangements, and application requirements.
- Walk viewers through the recruitment process, from application submission to screening, interviews, and other relevant hiring stages.
- Answer general questions from viewers and guide interested applicants on how to apply.
- Encourage audience participation through comments, questions, and calls to action.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to obtain accurate and updated job vacancy information before each session.
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and engaging on-camera presence.
- Follow the agency's communication guidelines and ensure all information shared with viewers is accurate.
- Provide basic feedback or a brief summary of audience engagement and frequently asked questions after each session.

Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable speaking on camera and interacting with a live audience.
- Confident, friendly, and professional personality.
- Able to explain information clearly and engage viewers in real time.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and live-streaming features.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to respond professionally to questions.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable environment for live-streaming if working remotely.
- Previous experience in live hosting, content creation, customer service, sales, or recruitment is an advantage but not required.
