Primary Purpose

Ensure timely and accurate logistics support for customers while delivering the highest standards of quality and service. Provide innovative, reliable, and compliant logistics solutions that meet business and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee warehouse operations and maintain compliance with 6S standards.

· Manage receiving and shipping activities.

· Prepare delivery notes, commercial invoices, and packing lists.

· Handle scanning, packing, and label printing.

· Coordinate loading and unloading of goods.

· Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

Education:

· Required: College degree

· Preferred: Major in Logistics

Experience:

· Required: 1–2 years of experience in logistics (fresh graduates are welcome)

· Preferred: Knowledge of logistics, customs, and trade

Skills & Abilities:

· Required:

o Strong communication skills

o Proficiency in Vietnamese and fluent English (listening, reading, speaking, writing)

· Preferred:

o Ability to read and write English for documentation and email communication

o Knowledge of customs and trade regulations
