Maintenance Supervisor/Planner - BIW

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for all critical equipment.
• Plan and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Create detailed job plans including labor, materials, tools, and safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and equipment history.
• Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely availability of spare parts and materials.
• Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives & read across opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Utilize TMS (Total Maintenance System) to manage maintenance workflows and shape maintenance activities to reduce breakdowns and preserve assets.
