Maintenance Technician
Location: Greencastle

IPM
IPM (Investment Property Management) provides full-service property management for single-family homes, multi-family communities, and HOAs across Central Pennsylvania and parts of Maryland. Headquartered in York, Pennsylvania, IPM brings over 75 years of combined team experience to more than 500 units under management, handling everything from tenant screening and rent collection to maintenance coordination and financial reporting.
ABOUT IPM
IPM exists to protect investments and keep communities running well. Our teams cover marketing, leasing, maintenance, accounting, and resident services, and the maintenance team is the one residents see most.
Our culture is key to our growth
We hold ourselves to a high standard, we take care of our people, and we treat residents as neighbors rather than tenants passing through. Our team is tight-knit and hands-on, and we value people who show up reliably, communicate clearly, and take pride in leaving every property better than they found it.
We’re looking for amazing people to join our team (more specifically, a MULTIFAMILY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN). The role is based in York, Pennsylvania.
Here’s where you come in
You are hands-on at heart and genuinely enjoy fixing things. You like the variety of a day that could involve plumbing before lunch and drywall after it, and you take pride in leaving a unit or common area better than you found it. You troubleshoot independently, communicate clearly with residents and property managers, and don’t mind the occasional after-hours call.
What you should know about our team
Our maintenance techs work closely with Property Managers, Regional Property Managers, and outside vendors to keep every community running smoothly. We want work orders handled quickly and communicated clearly, and we value people who take ownership of their properties.
What you should know about IPM
Think owner’s advocate, not just maintenance crew. Every repair, inspection, and turnover you complete protects an owner’s investment and shapes whether a resident renews their lease. We would rather get ahead of preventative maintenance than chase emergencies.
Overall Purpose
The Multifamily Maintenance Technician keeps our communities safe, clean, and functional for the people who live there, playing a direct role in resident satisfaction, retention, and the long-term value of every property IPM manages.
