As part of our DSS ramp-up plan in Poland, we are seeking two skilled and reliable Maintenance Technicians to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring the proper functioning of production equipment, minimizing downtime, and supporting continuous operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Our Team
The position requires flexibility to work within a 3-shift system to maintain quality control throughout production.
What You Will Do
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production delays.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to implement improvements and upgrades.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and spare parts usage.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures during all maintenance work.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Technical education in mechanics, mechatronics, or related field.
- +2 years of hands-on experience in maintenance of industrial machinery and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Communicative English required for collaboration in an international environment.
- Proficiency in Polish language required.
What Will Put You Ahead
- SEP Permit for Operation up to 1 kV.
- SEP Permit for Supervision up to 1 kV.
- Experience with PLC troubleshooting and automation systems.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
