Who we are looking for:
As a Manager / Senior Manager in FSI Accounting Advisory team, you will play a key role in delivering accounting and financial reporting advisory projects for Financial Institutions. You will be responsible for managing project execution, ensuring the quality of deliverables, and leading dedicated project teams. Your contributions will be instrumental in shaping the future of the practice and driving its success.
Key requirements include:
- 7+ years of professional experience in FSI Accounting Advisory or FSI Audit roles, with an advanced knowledge of IFRS and Polish accounting rules.
- Strong understanding of Financial Reporting principles, accounting regulations, financial instruments accounting and the ability to tailor solutions to client needs.
- Excellent analytical and structured thinking abilities, combined with a problem-solving mindset and attention to detail – we are looking for a “can do” attitude and creativity in problem solving.
- Strong, practical knowledge of the financial sector in Poland with a particular focus on banking.
- Proven ability to build and manage client relationships, with demonstrated involvement in business development, supported by strong commercial acumen and deal-oriented thinking.
- Proven team management skills, with experience in leading and mentoring teams effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle complex challenges with resilience.
- Fluent in Polish and English, with strong communication and presentation skills to deliver insights clearly to clients and senior stakeholders.
Additional Considerations:
- Holding a qualification as a Chartered Auditor (Biegły Rewident) is an asset or being advanced in the certification process.
- Eagerness to learn, expand knowledge, and collaborate with specialists from various domains and geographies.
