BASE SALARY: $82,925 to $109,876
HOSPITAL: large private, for-profit hospital in Las Vegas, Nevada.
- The Manager of Risk Management is a key member of the leadership team and will be responsible for assisting the Director of Risk Management in leading the hospital's Patient Safety-Risk Management Program
- Support the implementation and maintenance of risk management and patient safety initiatives.
- Contribute to hospital compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and accreditation requirements.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years' clinical experience or Risk Management experience required.
- Acute care experience preferred.
- Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) PREFERRED
- Knowledge of the Joint Commission Standards, Centers of Medicare Conditions of Participation, acute care regulations
