Manager Stores - IAH

This position will focus on managing warehouse staff and materials life cycle to support the station operation, regulatory and company guidelines where safety is a top priority.

The Warehouse Manager will manage warehouse clerks and materials inventory in the IAH station.

• Ensuring all Company policies, processes, procedures, CFR's hazardous material regulations, Department of Transportation regulations, and local regulatory agency policies.
• Ensures proper material handling, shipping, and receiving of materials.
• Maintains the integrity of the PMI inventory system through supervision of physical inventories and coordinating corrective actions.
• Manages workflow efficiency at the Warehouse.
• Maintain, practice, and advocate safety and good housekeeping.
• Ensure team members are engaged in the operation, and communicate issues and or correspondence in a timely manner to internal and or external parties.
• Offer feedback and recommend action plans to employees in a professional and constructive manner.
• Strive to improve communication in a cross-functional environment.
• Monitor staff attendance and shifts coverage in support of the operation.
