Description

Do you want to put a brand on the map?

Inventec is growing fast in the Americas, and we are looking for a creative, hands-on marketer to make our name known across the US and Mexico. You will be our first dedicated marketing person in the region: the one who shapes how customers see us, tells our story, and brings our brand to life online and at industry events. If you love creating content, bringing ideas to life and seeing the direct impact of your work, this role is for you.

Where you'll work: based in the United States, ideally near our sites in Deep River, Connecticut or Tucson, Arizona, with remote flexibility. The role covers the US and Mexico, so you'll travel between both countries, mainly around key industry events, and work closely with our teams on each side of the border.

Key responsibilities

Brand visibility and digital presence:

  • Make Inventec visible and recognized across the US and Mexico, online and offline.
  • Create engaging content for LinkedIn, newsletters, our website and webshop, in English and Spanish.
  • Develop flyers, presentations and local commercial tools that help our sales team win customers.
  • Turn technical expertise into clear, compelling stories with our application engineers.
  • Find the platforms and media that give our brand the most impact in each market.

Events and trade shows

  • Coordinate Inventec's presence at key industry events in the US and Mexico, from booth design and setup to logistics for the team.
  • Work with event organizers and suppliers, and promote each event before and after.
  • Make sure leads from events are followed up with sales.

Market insight

  • Gather information on customers, competitors and market trends to help sales and marketing make better decisions.

Global alignment

  • Work closely with the global marketing team to align local actions with corporate strategy and new product launches.
  • Brief and coordinate agencies and suppliers when needed.

As the function grows, you will have the opportunity to take on more strategic marketing: segmentation, positioning and the annual marketing plan.

Your profile

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, business or a technical field.
  • At least 2 years of marketing experience, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Hands-on experience with events and trade shows, social media and content creation.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe tools (InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat); any other design or marketing tools are a plus.
  • Fluent English.
  • Autonomous and proactive: you take ownership and are motivated to build something from scratch.
  • Willing to travel within the US and occasionally to Mexico.

Nice to have

  • Spanish.
  • Experience in chemicals, electronics manufacturing or industrial products (solder, cleaning, coating or cooling).
  • Experience with websites, e-commerce or webshops (e.g. Shopify).
  • Experience working with a European headquarters or across time zones.
