Member of Technical Staff SDK

You will improve developer and agent experiences in the SDK and CLI. You will develop new primitives, work directly with users to solve problems, participate in on-call coverage, and respond to production incidents.

Responsibilities

• Improve developer and agent experiences in the SDK and CLI
• Develop new primitives for emerging use cases
• Work directly with users to solve their problems
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to production incidents

Requirements

• 5+ years developing Python, JavaScript, or Go applications or libraries used by developers
• Focus on developer ergonomics and productivity
• Knowledge of asynchronous programming and concurrency management
• Customer empathy and communication skills
• Ability to work in person in the New York or Stockholm office
