Member of Technical Staff Traffic Infrastructure

You will own the traffic layer for a generative AI platform, including proxies, load balancers, service mesh, and routing systems. You will design, deploy, and operate highly available networking services, optimize cost and performance, integrate cloud-native technologies, and maintain observability, disaster recovery, and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable, fault-tolerant traffic and networking services.
• Lead technical design discussions, mentor engineers, and establish infrastructure operating practices.
• Optimize network performance and cost inside and outside data centers.
• Evaluate and integrate cloud-native and open-source technologies.
• Own systems from design through deployment and observability.
• Develop and maintain monitoring, alerting, logging, and tracing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience building backend or network infrastructure in cloud environments.
• Software development skills in Go, C++, Rust, Java, or Python.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, networking fundamentals, and performance optimization.
• Full product lifecycle ownership from design through production.
