The Oceanport Board of Education has an anticipated opening for a Middle School Special Education Teacher effective October 29, 2026 - end date to be determined.
Required Certifications:
- Teacher of Students with Disabilities or Teacher of the Handicapped
- NJ Teaching Certificate in Math or Middle School with Mathematics Specialization in Grades 5-8 preferred
Successful Candidates Must Possess the Following:
- A passion for student success
- Strong content and curricular knowledge required
- Ability to design effective lessons
- Proven ability to integrate technology that enhances student learning in meaningful and productive ways
- Experience working collaboratively on a cross-curricular team
- Strong communication skills
