      • Conduct performance assessments, provide coaching, and administer recognition or disciplinary actions as needed.

Process & Quality Assurance

Resource & Cost Management

      • Manage labor allocation, overtime, and shift coverage to balance productivity and cost.
      • Review and approve labor and material cost reports; identify cost‑saving opportunities.

Safety & Compliance

      • Enforce Lockheed Martin safety policies, OSHA regulations, and aircraft‑specific safety standards.
      • Conduct regular safety briefings, hazard assessments, and incident investigations.

Cross‑Functional Coordination

      • Liaise with Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, and Program Management to align build plans with design changes, supplier deliveries, and program milestones.
      • Participate in weekly production reviews, providing status updates and risk‑mitigation plans.

Success Metrics

      • On‑time delivery of aircraft build milestones.
      • Target labor productivity (hours per aircraft).
      • Safety performance (Zero Lost‑Time Incidents)
