Manages more than one functional area of manufacturing in the Harness shop where we build harness for National Security Space, Strategic & Missile Defense, and Commercial Civil Space. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.

Basic Qualifications

• Leadership and Operational management experience.
• The ability to meet KPI's.
• Experience in Communication across multiple channels (in person, email, Teams).
• Process Improvement & Team Development:experience.
• Collaborative approach to working with staff on process improvements, a demonstrated commitment to motivating technicians to achieve quality and goal outcomes, and the ability to lead production huddles and meetings to maintain integrity and continuous improvement across the team.
• Experience in cross-functional leadership.
