As our new Junior Operations Specialist - Multivendor, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of our Multivendor business and learn how different vendor solutions and licensing models work. You will help ensure accurate and timely operations across CRM/NAV, customer requests, product information, and existing agreements. Working closely with and with support from the Multivendor BDM and Account Managers, you will bring organisation, accuracy, and clear communication to the role.
Key Responsibilities- Process customer orders for Multivendor products
- Settle framework agreements based on monthly usage, including Google Cloud, AWS, and Oracle Cloud
- Provide Account Managers with product cost information using data from SoftwareOne systems
- Onboard customers in CRM/NAV and maintain customer data based on Account Manager requests
- Submit credit-limit change requests on behalf of Account Managers
- Coordinate with Accounting to support timely customer invoicing
