Network Fiber Delivery Manager [Americas]

We are seeking a Network Fiber Delivery Manager to help shape, operationalize, and scale our global network investments portfolio. You will lead the delivery of Meta's Americas terrestrial fiber infrastructure portfolio supporting data center connectivity. You will own delivery outcomes from approved plan through construction, testing, acceptance, and in-service handover, leading internal delivery professionals and a scalable network of third-party program-management and fiber-delivery partners. You will lead an internal team and external delivery partners, align commitments across Engineering, Planning, Sourcing, Finance, Systems, and Operations, and resolve portfolio-level dependencies and escalations. You will also sponsor systems, data, automation, and appropriately validated AI-enabled workflows that improve forecast reliability, quality, cycle time, and organizational leverage. This is an ideal role for a structured thinker and hands-on leader who can navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and drive results in highly cross-functional environments and is passionate about building both the vision and the systems needed to realize it.
