• Professional experience
  0.5+ years of experience in software development is a great start!
• university background
  a degree in IT/Computer Science or you’re currently a student in one of these fields
• English command (B2+)
  you have a very good command of English and feel comfortable using it on a daily basis
• coding skills
  you have acquired a decent knowledge of at least one programming language used in web development, enabling you to solve real problems, and you’re eager to get familiar with new technologies
• problem-solving skills
  you are in a constant search of "the why" of things, you are able to diagnose a problem, distill important information, connect the dots, and propose some technical solutions
• focus on quality
  you hold "clean code" practices at heart and take responsibility for the quality of solutions delivered; you’re happy to go the extra mile when an opportunity to make things a bit better comes your way
• understanding of algorithms
  you possess basic knowledge of algorithms and data structures
• relational databases & SQL knowledge
  you are familiar with the core concepts of relational databases and have knowledge of SQL of some flavor
• AI curiosity
  you keep up with the AI wave and experiment with AI tools in your daily work; you know when to lean on them and when to think things through on your own
• valid work permit
  you are legally authorized to work in Poland
