Office Support – Maia | Part-time (9:00–13:00)

Are you organised and hands-on, and do you enjoy making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes? We’re looking for a dedicated Office Support person to take care of our office operations in Maia.

About the role

• Location: On-site, Maia
• Schedule: Part-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00–13:00
• Contract: Permanent

What you’ll do

• Shipping: prepare, send and receive packages, and coordinate with couriers.
• Inventory: keep track of equipment and materials and keep records up to date.
• Supplies: monitor stock levels and order office supplies when needed.
• Maintenance: report incidents and coordinate with suppliers and maintenance services.
• Office space: keep the office organised, tidy and welcoming for the team and visitors.
• Admin support: help with general administrative tasks such as printing, scanning and filing.

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in administrative or office support roles (essential).
• Experience with shipping, inventory or supplier coordination (a plus).
• Native Portuguese.
• English level B2 or higher, spoken and written.
• Confident with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Organised, proactive and attentive to detail.
