  • Conduct rigorous root cause analysis and deep-dive assessments on the total volume of operational reporting to recommend localized or enterprise-wide vulnerabilities, directly supporting Commander's decision-making.
  • Utilize operational report trends and established reporting triggers to generate data-driven recommendations and predictive analysis, improving immediate incident response, force protection, and crisis action planning.
  • Analyze cross-domain operational reporting to determine the broader impacts of ongoing events on Shore Enterprise readiness and continuity of operations.
  • Improve fleet integration and Type Commander (TYCOM) communication by integrating and translating Navy Component Commander (NCC) and TYCOM operational data into enterprise-wide trend models.
  • Establish and maintain a data architecture that supports the compilation, organization, assessment, and rapid dissemination of trend analyses generated from all available reporting methods.
  • Provide continuous 24/7 SEOC operational coverage.
  • Actively monitor unclassified and classified SEOC information systems for updates, alerts, and operational changes.
  • Screen, categorize, analyze, and format all incoming message traffic for rapid distribution.
  • Disseminate critical intelligence and situational updates in real time.
  • Support Crisis Action Team (CAT) operations, fully utilizing the C4I Suite and other available SEOC information systems.
  • Provide approved oral and written responses, as well as high-level briefings, to queries on behalf of the Government representative.
  • Execute Continuity of Operations (COOP) plans when directed.
  • Track the status of SEOC equipment and report in accordance with local policy and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Follow local security procedures, comply with all regulations governing secure communications equipment (COMSEC), support Navy Information Assurance (IA) requirements, and ensure the proper handling of classified material within an open-secret secure space.
