• Working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills

• Excellent organizational and presentation skills
• Working knowledge of Content Management process and industry best practices
• Microsoft Suite experience (e.g, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Proven experience analyzing program requirements made up of multiple projects
• Proven experience evaluating business processes and re-engineering
• Proven experience developing and delivering business process training
• Proven experience writing clear and concise documentation
• Working knowledge of application development life cycle
• Working knowledge of Infragistics SharePlus
• Working knowledge of NCDOT transportation lifecycle business processes
• Familiarity with Computer Aided Design (CAD) tools
