Job Title : Oracle SDET Exp : 4+ years Work Mode: Hybrid Location : Bangalore Roles & responsibilities:\  Support QA efforts across a broad spectrum of cross functional projects\  Ensure business requirements, Solution, are understood well and test cases defined and executed to minimize production defects\  Drive test automation efforts for Inventory Systems Platform\  Be hands-on with Oracle Retail Suite of Products (RMS, ReSA, RPM, RIB)\  Partner with other QA teams (digital, retail, supply chain), design test cases, execution plans to ensure that functionalities built are thoroughly tested\  Work with vendor staffed QA analysts, engineers to help drive test execution, planning.\  Support troubleshooting through solid analytical reasoning \ Qualifications:\  Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field\  3+ years in in design/QA of Oracle Retail Applications (RMS, ReSA, RPM, RIB, RSE services)\  Strong knowledge & hands-on experience on Oracle Retail suite\  1+ years experience in Test Automation\  Understanding of selenium based test automation frameworks will be an advantage\  Ability to work independently with minimal direction, be a self-starter with strong initiative, and ability to manage/execute workload to deliver high quality results.\  Basic understanding of cloud based infrastructure and web services\  Excellent verbal and written communication skills\ \ Job Description\ Must Haves:\  Acknowledges the presence of choice in every moment and takes personal responsibility for their life.\  Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovates to achieve great results.\  Communicates with honesty and kindness, and creates the space for others to do the same.\  Leads with courage, knowing the possibility of greatness is bigger than the fear of failure.\  Fosters connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships.\  Integrates fun and joy as a way of being and working, aka doesn’t take themselves too serious
