Pay & Bonuses

• Limited Time Transition Bonus: OTR 11 Fleet: $4,450 or $4,625 added to 1st paycheck - Regional Fleets: $2,450 Or $2,625 added to 1st paycheck.
• Earn 69¢-75¢ CPM (based on experience, hazmat endorsement & route)
• Quarterly Safety Bonus: $1,425–$1,600 ($5,700 or $6,400/year available)
• Extra pay for loads under 400 miles + anniversary pay
• Practical miles paid

Home Time Options

• OTR: 3 full days off every 11 days
• Regional: Home every weekend OR every Mon.–Tues.

• 8 months of recent CDL-A tractor trailer experience REQUIRED
• No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years.
• No preventable DOT recordable accidents in the past 3 years.
• No DUI, DWI or OWI in the past 5 years.
