Outside Sales Representative

Tasks

Lead generation:

• Combination of company-provided leads and self-generated opportunities

Sales support:

• 2 Customer Service Specialists (NL)
• Warehouse leader and warehouse worker
• Branch Manager support if needed

Requirements

Your profile

• Class B driving licence and willingness to travel

Language:

• German needed, English required (at least B1)

Typical customers:

• Furniture industry, furniture components, interior companies, workshops and smaller manufacturers
• Many customers are smaller businesses (approx. 20–50 employees)

Compensation:

• Base salary: approx. €4,500 – €5,500 gross per month
• Bonus: up to ~17% of annual salary depending on KPIs.

Contract:

• 12-month contract initially, then unlimited
