Personal Assistant to the Sales Director
Description
Are you naturally organised, commercially curious and motivated by working close to business decisions? Do you enjoy connecting people, keeping things moving and making sure the details are in place?
Then this could be your opportunity to take on a central role in SELECTED's international sales organisation.
YOUR TEAM
You will become part of SELECTED's international wholesale organisation, working closely with the Sales Director and Sales Management Team. From this central position, you will collaborate with colleagues across departments and markets, helping connect people, priorities and business initiatives.
You will also work closely with the PA network across SELECTED and take part in the strategic steering group, giving you insight into the decisions and priorities shaping our sales organisation.
YOUR ROLE
As Personal Assistant to our Sales Director, you will combine business support, coordination and project-related responsibilities with the day-to-day tasks that keep a busy sales organisation running smoothly. You will work closely with the Sales Director as a trusted sparring partner, contributing your own perspectives, asking questions and challenging ideas when you see opportunities to do things differently.
Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating and following up on projects and strategic initiatives across the Wholesale organisation.
Preparing presentations, business updates and management materials that support discussions and decisions.
Supporting business reporting, KPI follow-up and the preparation of relevant insights.
Working with colleagues across departments and markets to ensure clear communication and progress on agreed actions.
Managing day-to-day PA responsibilities, including meeting preparation, minutes, scheduling and practical coordination.
Improving processes and exploring how AI and digital tools can simplify administrative tasks and ways of working.
YOUR BENEFITS
At SELECTED, you'll have the opportunity to get close to the business and build valuable experience in an international sales organisation. You can look forward to:
Working directly with the Sales Director and getting involved in the priorities and initiatives shaping our commercial direction.
Collaborating with colleagues across markets and departments, building relationships and gaining insight into different parts of the business.
Taking ownership of your work, contributing your ideas and developing your skills through varied responsibilities.
YOUR PROFILE
You are curious about business, naturally outgoing and enjoy working with people across different teams and levels. You find it easy to build relationships and bring structure to a busy environment. You take initiative, speak up when you have a different perspective and are comfortable questioning decisions when something doesn't make sense. At the same time, you take pride in getting the practical details right and following through on your commitments.
Your background could be in business support, coordination or a related field, but previous experience as a Personal Assistant is not essential. What matters most is your willingness to take responsibility for both the administrative and business-related aspects of the role.
We also imagine that you:
Have strong organisational skills and know how to prioritise when several things need your attention.
Are comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
Are interested in AI, digital tools and using data to support better decisions.
Are fluent in written and spoken English and Danish.
Experience from the fashion industry or knowledge of German would be an advantage, but neither is a requirement.
