Physical Therapist Assistant
Pay: $30.06-$32.56/hourly
Schedule: Monday-Friday, various shifts; 32-40/hours.

Responsibilities
- Implement physical therapy programs under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Assist with student evaluations and provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, positioning, and self-care training.
- Record treatments, monitor progress, and report changes in student status.
- Participate in team conferences and provide staff training on care techniques.
- Maintain therapy equipment, assist with quality improvement projects, and participate in professional development.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1–3 years of related experience preferred.
- License/Certification: Current registration and licensure (or eligibility) as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Massachusetts.
- CPR/First Aid certification required.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, clinical judgment, and the ability to lift and maneuver patients safely.
