Methodist Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced and motivated Physicians’ Billing Manager to oversee physician accounts receivable operations and support efficient, accurate billing processes across physician clinics.
The Physician Billing Manager is responsible for managing employees and overseeing all functions related to employed physicians’ accounts receivable (A/R). This includes claims submission, cash posting, account follow-up, and auditing registration and coding practices within physician clinics.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise billing office staff and oversee daily operations

Manage physician accounts receivable processes, including:

Medical claims filing

Insurance follow-up

Cash posting

A/R resolution

Review and audit registration and coding practices

Educate physicians and clinic front office staff on billing and documentation processes

Support compliance and process improvement initiatives

Perform employee management and human resources-related functions
