Your Tasks:
- Take ownership of a pizza station, ensuring a smooth workflow
- Preparing Mise en Place and dough
- Ensuring professional handling of work equipment
- Maintaining high-quality food standards
- Supervising the goods, including ordering and proper storage
Your Qualifications:
- Berlin Residence and Ready-to-Start Status are required
- Prior experience as Pizzaiolo (m/f/d) or in a similar role
- Baking experience or experience in quality pizza restaurants would be an advantage
- Passion for culinary arts and a strong desire to continuously improve cooking skills
- English skills are required – knowledge of other foreign languages is beneficial
- Ability to work in a dynamic and stressful environment
- Cook school diploma would be an advantage
