PPC Campaign Manager (Google Ads + Meta)

US Home Services Lead Gen | Remote, PST hours

We're hiring a hands-on paid media manager for a US company that generates leads for home services and construction businesses. You will run the campaigns yourself, not supervise someone else.

What you'll do

• Run and optimize lead generation campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Local Services Ads) and Meta Ads
• Work with Microsoft/Bing, Yelp and native (Taboola, Outbrain) as part of a multi-platform mix
• Set up and maintain tracking: GA4, GTM, call tracking (CallRail or similar), offline conversions
• Use AI tools with judgment: you edit AI-written ad copy, you know when to trust Smart Bidding / Advantage+ and when to override it, and you can automate routine work (Make, Zapier, Apps Script)
• Report on cost per lead and lead quality, not just clicks

Must have

• Hands-on, current experience with BOTH Google Ads and Meta Ads for lead generation
• Experience with the US market
• Native-level English, written and spoken
• Full-time availability during US Pacific (PST) working hours
• Verifiable work history with named employers and real results

Not a fit

• E-commerce/DTC, SaaS, crypto or fintech only backgrounds
• Grey/black hat methods
• Strategy-only profiles with no hands-on campaign work
• Freelancers or those working several jobs in parallel

Home services experience is a big plus, but not required if your lead generation experience is strong.
