This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a PPC Specialist based in Germany.

Join a fast-growing digital product business developing an all-in-one platform for managing legal, financial, and personal documents. As PPC Specialist, you will take full ownership of paid acquisition, shaping campaign strategy and driving profitable growth across key markets. You will manage advertising budgets, optimize performance, and use product economics to guide investment decisions. Working closely with Analytics, Development, and Product teams, you will strengthen tracking, improve conversion funnels, and identify new growth opportunities. The business is scaling rapidly, creating an opportunity to make a direct impact on acquisition performance and revenue. This role offers significant autonomy, a collaborative environment, and the potential to grow into a Head of PPC position.

Accountabilities

You will own the paid acquisition channel from strategy and campaign execution to performance analysis and scaling, ensuring that advertising investments contribute to sustainable business growth.

  • Develop and manage the end-to-end PPC strategy, including campaign planning, launch, optimization, and scaling.

  • Manage paid advertising budgets and allocate investment to achieve target customer acquisition costs (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), and payback periods while maximizing profitable revenue growth.

  • Analyze and model product economics, including lifetime value (LTV), CAC, funnel conversion, retention, and margins, to inform bidding, targets, and budget allocation.

  • Set up and maintain accurate tracking, conversion measurement, and value-based optimization in collaboration with Analytics and Development teams.

  • Build and execute a continuous testing roadmap covering advertising creatives, keywords, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages.

  • Identify new acquisition opportunities across geographic markets, campaign formats, advertising channels, and conversion funnels.

  • Collaborate with Product teams to improve funnel performance and support growth initiatives.

  • Develop performance reports and regularly present results, insights, and optimization plans to management.

  • Monitor advertising platform updates and market developments, translating relevant changes into competitive advantages.

  • Continuously evaluate campaign performance and implement improvements based on data, experimentation, and business objectives.

  • Requirements

The ideal candidate is a data-driven PPC professional with proven experience managing substantial advertising budgets and scaling paid acquisition profitably.

    • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in PPC or paid search, with full ownership of advertising accounts and budgets.

    • Strong practical experience with Google Ads; Microsoft Ads experience is an advantage.

    • Demonstrated success in scaling paid acquisition while maintaining profitability, supported by measurable results such as advertising spend, ROAS/ROI, CAC, and payback.

    • Strong understanding of product unit economics, including LTV, CAC, payback period, conversion funnels, retention, and margins.

    • Ability to build, analyze, and defend financial and performance models using spreadsheets.

    • In-depth knowledge of bidding strategies, including target CPA (tCPA), target ROAS (tROAS), and value-based bidding.

    • Experience with campaign structures, Performance Max, keyword research, and negative keyword management.

    • Practical knowledge of tracking and attribution tools, including Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, offline and server-side conversions, and value-based conversion setup.

    • Advanced Google Sheets or Excel skills, with the ability to work confidently with BI dashboards and raw data.

    • Experience designing and running systematic A/B tests for ads, landing pages, and bidding strategies, supported by clear hypotheses and measurable conclusions.

    • Analytical thinking, ownership, initiative, and the ability to make independent, data-informed decisions.

    • Nice to have:

      • Experience in subscription-based businesses, SaaS, EdTech, or other products with LTV-driven economics.

      • SQL knowledge and experience with Looker Studio or other business intelligence tools.

      • Experience with scripts and automation, including Google Ads Scripts, APIs, and automated rules.

      • Familiarity with additional paid acquisition channels such as Meta, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads.

      • Experience with cross-channel budget allocation and performance optimization.

      • Conversion rate optimization (CRO) experience, including landing page and funnel improvements in collaboration with Product teams.

      • Experience launching campaigns in new geographic markets.

      • Ambition and readiness to progress into a Head of PPC role.

      • Benefits

        • Opportunity to help build and scale a digital product while influencing important business and marketing decisions.

        • Fast-paced professional growth alongside an expanding business.

        • Autonomy and freedom to take ownership of initiatives and drive measurable results.

        • Collaboration with a strong team of experienced professionals who actively share knowledge and expertise.

        • Continuous learning opportunities through internal and external lectures, a corporate library, and compensation for external courses.

        • English lessons and access to speaking clubs.

        • Fully remote work, with the option to work from an office in Kyiv or coworking spaces in Lviv and Warsaw.

        • Flexible working hours, allowing you to organize your day around results and priorities.

        • Option to exchange a working day with a day off when needed.

        • 28 working days of paid annual vacation.
