PRACTICE: Program Operations Specialist (Operation Get Seen Resume Review)
FedWriters, Inc. PRACTICE: Program Operations Specialist (Operation Get Seen Resume Review)
Description
Overview
IMPORTANT: This is a practice posting created by FedWriters, Inc. (FWI) for Operation Get Seen, a live event with the Veteran Staffing Network (VSN) on November 10, 2026, 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM ET. It is not a real job opening and no one will be hired from it. Applying registers you for the event's resume review, so you can see how a resume is read by an applicant tracking system and by people.
About the practice role:A Program Operations Specialist keeps federal programs running on schedule. You track tasks and deliverables, coordinate with team members and stakeholders, prepare status reports and briefings, and help the program manager spot and resolve risks early.
How to apply for the resume review:Upload your current resume as a Word or PDF file that you can copy text from (not a scanned image). Complete the short questions that follow. By applying you agree that your resume may be reviewed by FWI and VSN reviewers before the event and may be shown on screen, with identifying details removed, during the live session. The session will not be recorded. There is no cost, and applying does not affect any real job application. Military-connected applicants (veterans, reserve and guard members, transitioning service members, military spouses, and caregivers) are especially welcome; everyone is invited. Reminder: this is a practice posting for a training event, not a real job opening, and no hiring decision will be made.
