Requirements / Qualifications

The following will be required if selected for employment:
TB Test
MMR vaccine (Measles, Mumps, Rubella)
DTP vaccine (Whooping Cough)
Physical Examination
CPR/First Aid

• Copy of Transcript (Bachelor's Degree must be posted on transcript)
• CPR/First Aid Certification (Valid CPR/First Aid for Adult, Infant, and Child)
• Credential Copy (Copy of a valid California Child Development Permit )
• Letter of Introduction
• Letter(s) of Recommendation ((Must be dated and signed within 1 year))
