【Responsibilities】

• Drive Strategic HR Initiatives：Collaborate with the Senior Manager (supervisor) and business unit leaders to plan and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Address Organizational Challenges：Analyze issues related to talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement, and propose and implement effective solutions.
• Participate in HR Projects：Actively contribute as a project member in various HR initiatives.
• Change Management：Support organizational transformation through effective change management practices to ensure smooth transitions.
