. ### **Overview** You will join the team dedicated to direct investments in Private Debt, reporting to the Head of the area. You will take part in all phases of the investment process: analysis and evaluation of opportunities, execution of transactions and portfolio monitoring. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including business functions, control units, consultants, financial intermediaries and investee companies, contributing to the achievement of investment objectives and the management of the team's activities. ### **What your responsibilities will be** Key responsibilities include: - Credit merit analysis of structured finance and acquisition financing transactions for companies - Development of financial models for assessing economic-financial projections and debt sustainability - Coordination of the due diligence process, in collaboration with the Risk Management, Compliance and ESG functions - Preparation of credit memoranda, assignment of credit ratings and presentation of transactions to the Investment Committees - Review of legal documentation and support for the execution and closing of transactions - Monitoring of the investment portfolio, with periodic review of creditworthiness, performance analysis and verification of compliance with financial covenants - Management of relationships with investors, advisors, sponsors and client companies ### **Who we are looking for** If you have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you: - 3-5 years of experience in structuring, negotiating and managing medium- to long-term financing transactions for companies, including transactions supported by national and supranational guarantee schemes (e.g. SACE, EIB), from credit analysis and approval through disbursement, monitoring and exit. - In-depth knowledge of the Private Debt market, the relevant regulations and the main corporate finance instruments, such as senior loans, corporate bonds, subordinated instruments and mezzanine financing. - Ability to assess credit risk, perform financial analysis and structure complex financing solutions. - Familiarity with the financial and contractual documentation related to private debt transactions. ### **What we offer** - Gross annual salary starting from €42,000 - The Group provides for a variable component of remuneration as governed by the Remuneration Policies available on the Group website - Complementary elements governed by the National Collective Labour Agreement for Credit and second-level company agreements - Professional development initiatives supporting the growth of our people - Extensive training offer through the Corporate Academy, dedicated to the continuous development of professional, managerial and transversal skills at all levels - Possibility to opt for flexible working and the 4x9 compressed work week - Modern and integrated corporate welfare system ([link](https://group.intesasanpaolo.com/it/careers/perche-intesa-sanpaolo/welfare-e-benefit)) - Health coverage and supplementary pension plan from the date of hiring - Benefits on the Group's banking products and services ### **About us** Eurizon Capital is the Asset Management Division of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group.
