Procurement Category Lead

You will lead end-to-end sourcing for construction services and operations categories. You will run RFPs, negotiate contracts and statements of work, manage supplier relationships, support site teams, and oversee requisition-to-purchase and procure-to-pay workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute total-cost-of-ownership sourcing strategies
• Lead bidding, negotiations, and contract management
• Manage internal and external cross-functional relationships
• Optimize specifications and requirements with internal stakeholders
• Lead RFP processes, including vendor identification, bid leveling, and commercial comparisons
• Draft and negotiate statements of work and amendments
• Serve as the primary procurement contact for assigned sites
• Manage requisition-to-purchase and procure-to-pay workflows
• Maintain sourcing records, order tracking, and work-completion records

Requirements

• BS or MS in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a similar field
• 3–5 years of procurement, supply chain, or related analytical experience
• Ability to read bills of materials and understand critical infrastructure components
• Advanced Excel
• SQL or Tableau experience
• Ability to travel regularly to Rockdale, Texas and periodically to Reno, Nevada
