Product Designer

Role Overview:
- We are seeking a Product Designer to lead end-to-end design processes, from research and ideation to high-fidelity prototypes, ensuring intuitive and business-aligned user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery workshops and translate insights into design solutions.
- Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the build cycle.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
- Maintain and evolve the design system.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in product design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design process.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Solid understanding of interaction design and design systems.

Technical Stack / Tools:
- Figma (required).
- Miro or FigJam for workshops.
- Maze, UserTesting for usability testing.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
