Dashreels is looking for a trailblazing Product Manager to lead our expansion in India. We've already surpassed one million downloads in our first month, and we're just getting started. This is a unique opportunity to own the product mandate of a rapidly scaling, content-first entertainment app and shape the future of short-form video. About Us

As a Series A technology company backed by leading Indian investors like Peak XV, Matrix, and Stellaris, we began our journey with Dashtoon, revolutionizing AI comics. Now, with Dashreels, we are creating a new universe of short-form video, curating addictive microdrama while also launching our own game-changing AI-generated originals. We offer a personalized, binge-worthy viewing experience that's captivating Indian audiences. Our mission is to become the go-to destination for compelling, short-form narrative content around the world. What You'll Do: ● Shape the future of mobile storytelling: You’ll have a direct hand in redefining how millions experience this new category of entertainment—one bite-sized cliffhanger at a time. ● Blend art and science: Flex both your editorial instincts and your data chops. ● Play with cutting-edge AI: Experiment with the latest LLMs, embeddings, and generative tools—if it can make the viewer’s journey more immersive. ● Global reach, real impact: Your work will touch viewers across continents, languages, and fandoms, starting with India. ● Small team, big canvas: We move fast, debate hard, and ship often. You’ll have autonomy, visibility, and the chance to mentor others as we scale. Apply if you are someone with: ● Extensive Product Experience: You have 4-10 years of PM experience in consumer content, social, streaming, or gaming. ● A Track Record of Shipping Great Feeds: You have a proven track record in shipping recommendations or feed products at scale. You are a true Metric Owner; you sleep easier when the DAU/MAU, watch-time, and P-scores are all trending up.
● Data and Research Fluency: You are an expert in experiment design, SQL, metrics frameworks, and user research. You are both a Tastemaker and a Data Nerd, able to articulate why one ending feels flat and then run the SQL to prove it. ● A Passion for Story and Tech: You're a Storytelling Fan who loves narrative hooks and a Consumer AI Futurist who tracks every new release and instantly imagines new viewer features. ● Bonus Points: You have a background in engineering or ML, and/or have had exposure to global media markets.
