As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the success of one of Impel’s product portfolios. With a keen understanding of market dynamics and customer needs, you will lead the end-to-end product development process by building close relationships with cross-functional teams. including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success to develop and execute product strategies that align with our company's vision and objectives. From ideation to launch, you will define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and gather feedback to deliver innovative and market-leading solutions. By utilizing strong analytical skills, this will enable you to make data-driven decisions, identify growth opportunities, and optimize product performance. As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our products' success, driving customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall growth of Impel.
-Organize product roadmaps which deliver feature improvements & new product offerings in accordance with company goals and OKRs.
-Work with Associate Product Managers to provide direction, and ensure projects/JIRA stories are in accordance with company goals.
-Work with other Product Managers, Design, and Engineering on feature implementation from start to finish.
-Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders to create product specs, JIRA stories, acceptance criteria, and wireframes to effectively communicate business requirements to engineers
-Work effectively with Engineering to ensure all JIRA tickets are estimated for each sprint
-Collaborate with Sales, CS, and our customers to better understand their usage of our products to inform/direct product decisions.
-Manage the release process and monitor and report on feature performance
-Work with engineering and marketing to write feature and product documentation as well as demo new features to Sales and Customer Service Managers
-Leverage data and other insights to identify new product feature opportunities
-Foster alignment among stakeholders as needed
-Help with QA/UAT of new features as needed
