Product Manager Onboarding KYC

You will own and improve the end-to-end onboarding journey, from registration and KYC verification through first deposit. You will define strategy and roadmaps, analyze funnels, run experiments, reduce user friction, and balance user experience with regulatory requirements. You will translate business and compliance needs into product requirements, manage identity-verification and payment-provider integrations, and use performance metrics to continuously improve the product.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the registration, KYC, and first-deposit flow.
• Analyze funnels and run A/B tests to identify drop-off points and improve conversion.
• Balance user experience with KYC and AML compliance requirements.
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into clear product requirements documents.
• Collaborate with identity-verification and payment providers to improve performance, match rates, and approval speeds.
• Define performance metrics and use data insights to iterate on the product.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of product management experience focused on onboarding, activation, identity verification, or payments in fintech or crypto.
• Metrics-driven growth mindset and experience optimizing conversion funnels.
• Experience building frictionless, high-converting digital user experiences.
• Experience working with engineering teams, APIs, third-party vendor integrations, and analytics tools.
• Communication skills to align compliance, engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Experience with agile delivery and rapidly executing 0-to-1 or 1-to-many initiatives.
