Product Manager / Senior Product Manager - Cards & Top-ups

You will own the Cards and Top-ups product strategy, roadmap, execution, economics, and performance. You will manage partners, reduce operational contacts through product improvements, define product bets, and use AI to prototype, analyse data, and improve card experiences safely.

Responsibilities

• Own the Cards and Top-ups product strategy, roadmap, execution, and performance
• Set success metrics and iterate based on customer use
• Manage product economics, operational load, and risk
• Build and manage relationships with card schemes, processors, wallets, manufacturers, and fraud and dispute providers
• Set SLAs and run business reviews
• Reduce support contact rates through product improvements
• Define and prioritise product bets
• Use AI to prototype flows, synthesise research, analyse data, and draft specifications
• Ship AI capabilities with evaluation criteria, guardrails, and human fallback

Requirements

• Experience in cards, payments, or regulated consumer fintech products
• Knowledge of card issuing, schemes, processors, tokenisation, 3DS, clearing, and disputes
• Experience shipping changes that improved engagement, adoption, or revenue
• Data-informed prioritisation
• Experience using AI at work
• Ability to work with engineering and make technical trade-offs into product decisions
• Stakeholder management across commercial, risk, and compliance
• Written English
• SQL is a plus
• Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian is a plus
