Product Manager (Technical)

Role Overview:
- We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to own the product roadmap and translate business objectives into clear, actionable technical requirements.
- This role bridges business stakeholders and engineering teams, ensuring reduced rework and strong alignment between product vision and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and prioritize product roadmap based on business goals and user needs.
- Write detailed product requirements documents (PRDs) and user stories.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA to ensure technical feasibility.
- Conduct backlog grooming and sprint planning sessions.
- Analyze product metrics and iterate based on data-driven insights.
- Communicate product strategy and status to stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in technical product management.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to read technical documentation and engage in architecture discussions.
- Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.

Technical Stack / Tools:
- Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar PM tools.
- Figma or similar for reviewing design specs.
- SQL (basic level for data analysis).
- API documentation tools (Postman, Swagger).
- Analytics platforms (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics).
