You will join a **cross-functional squad** (developers, data engineers, local teams) and will be responsible for carrying the **business vision**, prioritising value and ensuring the quality of deliverables. As a **Product Owner**, you will be responsible for: Vision & Strategy - Define and share the **product vision** with the teams. - Understand business needs and identify high-value features. - Plan releases and contribute to the roadmap. Backlog & Prioritisation - Create, prioritise and maintain the **Product Backlog**. - Write **user stories** and acceptance criteria. - Make continuous trade-offs to maximise business value. Communication & Facilitation - Clarify and detail requirements for the dev & data teams. - Facilitate collaboration between business, technical teams and the publisher. - Facilitate, unite and support the teams (dev, data, local). Testing & Validation - Accept or reject developed features. - Organise and manage **user testing**. - Gather feedback and ensure non-regression across versions. Management & Reporting - Manage a small team (BAs, testers, technical writers if needed). - Track performance indicators (budget, satisfaction, quality). - Report on progress to stakeholders. #### Qualifications - Proven experience of at least 3 years as a **Product Owner** (ideally in data, pricing or complex projects). - Mastery of **Agile / Scrum** practices. - **Hard skills**: - Good working knowledge of **SQL**. - Knowledge of integration tools. - Working proficiency in English. - **Soft skills**: - Autonomy and a proactive mindset. - Natural leadership and the ability to challenge. - Clear and educational communication. - Ability to unite people and work cross-functionally. #### Additional information Ready to take on new challenges in a company where it is good to work?
