Production Lead(2nd shift / 3:00pm - 11:00pm)

Position
Summary:
The Commingle Lead
Operator is responsible
for setting up the machine, feeding finished mail into the machine, and
preparing the mail for final processing. A Commingle Lead Operator will assist
with day-to-day operations, including job management, attendance tracking, and
ensuring the quality of our final product. This is a fast-paced and detail-oriented
role.
Essential Functions:
· Perform
operator duties, setting up jobs, printing out tags, feeding machines & troubleshooting
issues
· Mechanical
abilities for light machine maintenance
· Read
and comprehend reports
· Coordinate
with the warehouse
· Provide
feedback for operators
· Maintain
production goals and manage workflow
· Follow established procedures
and safety protocols, working within all company safety standards, rules, and
protocols
Requirements
•
• Two
or more years’ experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Proven experience as a Lead
• Able to manage in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Production and Processing —raw materials,
production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for
maximizing efficiency.
• Mechanical
Knowledge - print machines and tools.
• Reliability
and dependability.
• Solid
verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptable
and flexible with ever-changing priorities
- High school diploma or
equivalent.
- One or more years of experience
in a print shop or mail industry preferred but not required.
