What You'll Do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop program leadership staff, including the Hospital Liaison, Office Manager, and Residential Program Supervisor.
  • Oversee daily operations and strategic direction of the REACH program to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Partner with clinical, operational, and community stakeholders to strengthen care coordination and continuity of services.
  • Monitor program performance, quality metrics, and outcomes to ensure achievement of goals and contractual requirements.
  • Develop, manage, and oversee program budgets while ensuring responsible stewardship of resources.
  • Ensure compliance with all state, federal, licensing, and agency regulations and standards.
  • Identify opportunities for service enhancement, operational improvements, and program growth.
  • Participate in the supervisor on-call rotation, providing leadership support and guidance during crisis situations.
  • Foster a positive culture of accountability, engagement, professional development, and employee retention.

What You Bring

We're looking for someone who brings the experience, leadership, and commitment needed to succeed in this role.

  • Master's degree in psychology, social work, healthcare, counseling, or a related field.
  • REQUIRED: Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • REQUIRED: Minimum of 5 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavioral health needs.
  • REQUIRED: Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) credential.
  • Licensed or license eligible as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, build accountability, coach staff, and foster collaboration.
  • Strong clinical, operational, budgeting, and program management experience.
  • Working knowledge of Virginia's mental health, developmental disability, and substance use systems of care.
  • Experience utilizing Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and healthcare technology platforms.
