Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or NH-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. You will comprehensive program plans and strategies, monitor and control execution for the S3ALE program, enabling effective and efficient execution of the program and ensuring fulfillment of cost, schedule, and performance objectives.,You will facilitate cost-effective management of Information Technology (IT) business systems to meet established goals and objectives.,You will develop spend plans for line(s) of business enabling effective and efficient execution of the program to satisfy Navy and OSD fiscal benchmarks.,You will develop Memorandums of Agreement, Memorandums of Understanding, and other documents as needed to document decisions, agreements, and clarifications with other organizations.,You will lead and manage the S3ALE support activities, including coordination and prioritizing tasks.,You will perform risk management activities to identify and mitigate program/project risks.
