Project Coordinator – Oracle Cloud

Project Coordinator – Oracle Cloud. Location: Nashville, TN (Remote – US-based candidates only). Job Type: Contract.

Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support an enterprise Oracle Cloud implementation and stabilization program.
- The candidate will assist the Project Manager with meeting scheduling.
- Prepare agenda.
- Record meeting minutes.
- Track decisions and action items.
- Manage project documentation.
- Maintain issue logs.
- Oversee work order inventories, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and status reporting.
- Prepare leadership and steering committee presentations.
- Monitor project budgets, financial utilization, hours consumed, and vendor billing.
- Review invoices against contractual terms.
- Coordinate vendor communications and onboarding.
- Collaborate with IT, Finance, HR, leadership, and external vendor teams.

Required Qualifications:
- Experience in project coordination, project administration, or administrative support.
- Excellent organizational, communication, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
- The ability to manage multiple workstreams independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with enterprise software implementations or ERP projects.
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud applications.
- Knowledge of Smartsheet, Jira, or similar project management tools.
- Public sector or government project experience.
- Experience with vendor invoice reviews, budget tracking, financial reporting, or contract financial management.
