Position: Project Review Specialist
Onsite | Mechanicsburg, PAMonday–Friday | 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM | Full-Time

West Shore Home is hiring a Project Review Specialist to join our Inside Operations team. In this role, you’ll review project measurements, photos, and documentation to verify product requirements, material quantities, and installation details before projects move forward. Your work will help ensure accurate ordering, identify potential project concerns, and keep installations on track.
This is a detail-oriented, process-driven role focused on accuracy, organization, critical thinking, and collaboration across multiple teams.
What You’ll Do

Review measurements, photos, scans, and other documentation for shower and bath projects

Verify project details, product selections, measurements, job classifications, labor hours, and statuses for accuracy

Identify potential project concerns and determine when on-site inspections are needed

Coordinate pre-installation appointments with Scheduling Specialists when necessary

Prepare Operations Measure Sheets for the Purchasing team and installers

Partner with Sales and Operations leaders to clarify project scope and address questions

Build expertise in West Shore Home’s shower and bath products and installation requirements

Maintain accurate project information and sales orders in Salesforce

Communicate project updates and resolve questions through phone, email, and Salesforce

Process projects efficiently while meeting established performance goals

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent required

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently while maintaining a consistent, productive pace

Comfort performing repetitive, detail-oriented tasks with a high degree of accuracy

Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Ability to learn product specifications, systems, and established processes

Installation, sales, or Salesforce experience is a plus, but not required

Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
