Project Manager Tapestry

You will lead Epic Tapestry project delivery from discovery through closure. You will establish governance, manage project documentation and performance metrics, coordinate meetings and resources, create testing and training plans, and drive cross-functional decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project delivery from discovery to closure
• Create and use project artifacts including charters and RAID logs
• Establish project governance and maintain project documentation
• Track performance metrics and communicate across the organization
• Coordinate project meetings, agendas, notes, and action items
• Ensure assigned resources meet timelines and escalate when appropriate
• Create testing and training plans
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and decision-making
• Support Agile work-tracking platforms

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data communication, information processing, or a closely related field
• 4 years of full-time experience managing complex information systems projects
• 3 years of project-management responsibility for large application systems and team leadership experience
