he Property Onboarding Specialist is responsible for working directly with the Regional Manager and the Community Staff to promote and meet the overall goals of owned and third-party communities during a lease-up for new and existing developments. This position is knowledgeable on various government programs and guides each property to maintain all requirements under their allotted agencies.
